Individual Therapy

Whether you are single or partnered, relationships are foundational to who you are and how you function. Individual sessions, alone or as a part of couples’ work, are a critical component to understanding how you operate in relationship with yourself and others.

If you are considering treatment, especially for the first time, it is normal to feel nervous, cynical, or scared. But rest assured that for many individuals, therapy can become the very safe place in which growth is possible. One in which judgement is replaced with understanding, criticism with acceptance.
