Lauren Alexa Hill, PsyD, JD

As a former attorney and mediator, I spent years helping couples navigate the painful effects of divorce and witnessed firsthand the agony that disconnection will cause the human soul. Today, I am a psychologist committed to instead working with couples in order to identify and overcome barriers to intimacy.

Because the truth is that humans are neurobiologically wired for connection. But while relationships have the power to shape us, issues such as anxiety, depression, and addiction are too often obstacles to knowing the self and others.

Evidence-based couples therapy is one way you can begin experiencing the transformative power of human connection.
